These terms apply to Santa by RATUF (santa.ratuf.com), operated by RATUF. By creating a room, joining a room, or buying a pack, you agree to them.
Santa by RATUF is a website for Secret Santa gift exchanges and online prize draws. No account is needed. Participants are never asked for an email address: they join with their name and a PIN. Organizers may choose to sign in, add a recovery email, or sign up for reminder emails, and Stripe asks for an email when you buy a pack. The organizer creates a room, adds names, and shares links with participants.
Use the service only for lawful activities. Do not use it for gambling, fraud, or harassment, and do not enter sensitive data such as ID numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords in names, event names, or chat. Organizers are responsible for their participant list, their prizes, and actually handing prizes out. If you run a promotional prize draw, you are responsible for any permit the law requires.
A free room lasts for the time you choose, up to 24 hours. A room with a pack lasts 30 days. When a room expires, the room and everything in it (names, PINs, matches, wishlists, chat, questions, prizes and winners) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Payment records, such as Stripe payment events and the room they refer to, are kept for accounting and legal reasons. Reminder email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Save or export any results you want to keep before the room expires.
Anyone with the organizer code or a helper link can manage the room, and anyone with a participant's private link can see that name's match. Keep these codes and links secret, and send each private link only to the person it belongs to.
Draws use the security-grade random number generators built into browsers and servers. One person wins at most one prize, and results are locked once drawn. We are not responsible for decisions organizers make outside the service.
Event Pack and the Company pack are one-time payments for a single room. They are not subscriptions and never renew. The price is always shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Refunds follow our refund policy.
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a room is limited to the amount you paid for that room.
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Using the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
